Meal Plan Cancellation
Students wanting to cancel their Fall/Spring Meal Plan will be refunded according to the University Refund Schedule:
Official Withdrawal Period | Tuition Refund Percentage | Housing Refund Percentage | Meal Plan Refund Percentage |
Through first 6 days of classes | 100% |
Amount is pro-rated by nights in room |
100% (Less a $150 charge and any used Meal Plan Dollars) |
From the 7th day of class through the end of the second week |
50% | 50% |
50% (Less any used Meal Plan Dollars) |
Through the end of the 3rd week | 25% | 25% |
25% (Less any used Meal Plan Dollars) |
No refund after the third week of classes

Students wishing to cancel or downgrade their meal plan within 3 weeks of the first day of class DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM! Please contact the ID Center at 270-745-2417 or visit DSU, Room 2125.
